This event was the first stage in the distribution of this publication on a charitable basis, aimed at impartial coverage of the sore pages of this country’s history both in Ukraine and abroad. The Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund and Ukraine’s Security Service to Publish a Collection of Famine 1932-1933 Documents

The Memorandum envisages joint action aimed at discovering, making public, and studying the documents referring to complicated pages of Ukraine’s history. The first step in Ukraine 3000 – Security Service cooperation will be a joint publication of a collection of documents from the SSU archives in both printed and electronic versions, timed to coincide with the 75th anniversary of the Manmade Famine of 1932-1933.  »»
