Legal Protection of the Cultural Legacy Collection of Regulations Published with Assistance of Ukraine 3000 Fund
 On the occasion of the Day of Historical and Cultural Monuments of Ukraine and International Day for Monuments and Sites, the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund assisted in publishing the Legal Protection of the Cultural Legacy: Second Edition (Kyiv) collection of regulations.
The book was prepared for publication by the Center of Monuments Science at the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Association for Preserving Historical and Cultural Monuments.
This is the first in Ukraine comprehensive publication dedicated to legal control over the monuments preservation. The book contains virtually all legal acts related to the preservation of the national cultural legacy: articles of the Constitution of Ukraine, texts of international conventions, laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees, decisions by the Cabinet of Ministers, orders by the State Construction and Ministry for Culture and Tourism, etc. In total, over 60 documents are presented in the collection.
The book is meant for all those interested in preserving the cultural heritage: workers of the monuments preservation bodies, museum workers, public inspectors, professors, and students of the humanities.
The Day of Historical and Cultural Monuments of Ukraine and International Day for Monuments and Sites were celebrated in Ukraine on April 18. Head of the Supervisory Board of the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund Kateryna Yushchenko greeted monuments preservation workers with their professional holiday.
